At Yon-Ka Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare ritual. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Yon-Ka

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
